The Anima Mundi brand provides organically wildcrafted botanicals and a wealth of information: definitions, recipes, etc. The founder is Adriana Ayales, a clinical herbalist from Costa Rica, who consciously chooses indigenous cultures to harvest the plants in the wild and, in many cases, by only taking what is necessary -wildcrafting.
The blog dives deep into the science of plants and the body and includes remedies with adaptogens that integrate into the body in the most optimum manner to improve sleep, dreams, mood, etc. While the blog is educational, she notifies people to connect with their doctors before implementing the natural medicinal formulas.
This app allows you to set a specific time each day to receive some daily inspiration. You click the circle that pops up, take a deep breath in, and the motivational quote is released along with your breath of stress and worry. I use it in the morning to start my day off on a great note!

The Hunting Party was Lucy Foley's debut crime novel and she knocked it out of the park! The book is set at an isolated cabin estate where a group of friends are spending New Year's. While the trip starts off innocent enough, ten years worth of history and tension erupt on New Year's Eve - one friend is found dead and another one did it.
Lucy does an amazing job of setting up each character's back story and then intertwining them to the point where every single person looks guilty. If you like murder mysteries, this is a must read!
