triangleCaffeine by Michael Pollan | Audible

This short Audible Original explores caffeine’s power as the most-used drug in the world. "Caffeine, it turns out, has changed the course of human history - won and lost wars, changed politics, dominated economies." It was interesting to learn more about caffeine and how it became so widely popularized and adopted across cultures.

This was a quick listen that initially made me consider eliminating caffeine from my diet. So far it is still just a thought, but it was great information!

triangleDesk Yoga Videos

I've been working on combating my poor desk chair posture by following along with desk yoga videos. Not only is this good for your body but it is also a great reason to clear your desk and take 5-10 minutes to yourself. You can find desk yoga on the Peloton app (we've shared that, too!), as well as on YouTube and other fitness apps!

trianglePreppy Kitchen | YouTube

This cooking channel is not only entertaining but the Chef makes recipes simple and beautiful. I often refer to this for baking inspiration since the recipes are not overly complicated and so far, have come out tasting and looking great!

triangleNational Day of Unplugging

As a digital marketing agency, we spend our days "plugged in," but we know the benefits of unplugging! Members of our team participated in the National Day of Unplugging (March 5-6, 2021) by connecting with nature, spending time with family, working with their hands, and more.
